KTM 450 EXC by Walt Siegl

Walt Siegl ha corso in moto tutta la sua vita prima di ritirarsi in una pittoresca dimora del New Hampshire e dedicarsi alla costruzione di modelli tanto belli quanto esclusivi. La sua preferenza per le moto europee, in particolare la Ducati, è nota nell’ambiente dei custom designer. Questa volta, però, la sua esperienza e maestria sono destinate ad una moderna KTM 450, la Ducati delle off-road: vintage e contemporaneo si fondono in un’armonia poco rusty ma molto, molto stilosa.
Il libro culto “The Ride. Le nuove motociclette custom e i loro costruttori” dedica un capitolo a Walt Siegl e alle sue moto.

[Walt Siegl has raced motorcycles his whole life before moving to a country house in New Hampshire and devote himself to the preparation of exclusive custom bikes. As many followers of the new wave of custom motorcycles know, he likes European bikes with a strong preference for Ducatis. However, this time, he made his skills and creativity available to a modern KTM 450, the “Ducati of the dirt-riding” (poetic license). The result is a perfect match of vintage and contemporary, a creation that, far from being “rusty” is definietely “glorious” and stylish.
